I teach a vinyasa flow style class, which includes matching your movement to your breath. I have been teaching yoga for the past 7 years. I teach yoga to help spread more joy into others with a mental and physical practice that can both challenge and relax others.
I received my doctorate of physical therapy in 2016 and currently serve a neurological based patient population at Mary Free Bed. When I'm not practicing yoga or working I enjoy running, biking, cooking and traveling in my free time.
